Mockingbirds are truly my favorite songbird. They have such "attitude" as they flit about. In GA, where there were many of them, all we had to do is let our cat onto the outside deck and the mockingbirds would spot him and begin taunting and diving at him. Over the years they "got" him many times; only once that I know of did he catch one of them.

Beautiful shot, Kerri! There's a lot going on in this shot, but the eye goes right to the bird because your focus is right on.
